Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine tuna, sour cream, cottage cheese, onions and garlic salt. Fill tortillas with tuna mixture and roll (about 1/3 cup each). Arrange tortillas in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour green chili enchilada sauce to cover. Top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Spanish rice and refried beans if desired.
